Prescriptions and referrals can be pre-ordered via contact form or service hotline at 06032-300 60 213. Please do not forget to mention your first name, last name and date of birth.
Preordered forms can be picked up and filled in the following business day from 12pm.
Of course we are also available by phone, or you can visit us directly in person. We look forward to welcoming you in our practice!
